Paulson Talks event website
I designed and built Paulson Talks' event website in Framer, from the visual identity of the page to registration flows and CRM routing. The launch date was fixed. Over a concentrated March 2025 build, I brought the event, speakers, programme and ticket access into a responsive site people could use before arriving at the venue.
An invitation should feel like an invitation
Some visitors arrived from a public link. Others scanned a QR code on a physical invitation. Sending both to the same purchase screen would make invited guests wonder whether their ticket counted.
I made the page respond to the entry path. Public visitors saw the ticket or waitlist flow; invitation visitors saw an activation action and the matching form. The same event kept its visual identity while giving each visitor an appropriate next step.
Motion with a purpose
The floating SVG ticket reacts to the pointer through lighting and depth. I built modular speaker cards, an agenda, a floating video player with a full-screen view, and a registration section with ticket options. A sticky action appears after the opening button leaves view, keeping registration reachable as someone reads.
I carried the spatial visual language into the investor page, then adjusted the layouts and interactions for phones and tablets. I also built the homepage and a CMS-backed talks archive; for the event launch, those stayed in draft and the event page became the main entry.
The parts behind the page
I set up English and German localization, language selection, analytics, and separate form flows through Zapier into Monday. I hosted images and streaming video on a separate server. The final pass focused on mobile layout, performance and the details that appear only when the complete site is used together.
The event has finished and the site is now offline. The recording preserves the built experience, including the small interactions that were an important part of the work.
