PeekPairs
I made PeekPairs for quick rounds of a familiar game: turn over cards, remember what you saw, and find the pairs. It lives in a native macOS window with configurable global shortcuts, so starting a round does not need to become an activity of its own.

I built the card flips, board sizes, local statistics and pause behavior around short sessions. When focus moves away, the game can pause and minimize. The next round is a shortcut away, while the current one stays where you left it.
The project includes a packaged local app and release workflow. Its character comes from the cards and motion; the surrounding controls stay quiet.
